Recipe Pepes Goldfish

 Recipes from North Sulawesi Indonesia:

ingredients:

     2 gold fish size
     1 tablespoon of salt
     1 orange juice
     2 tablespoons cooking oil

Seasonings, puree:

     5 cloves of garlic
     10 grains of red onion
     2 segment turmeric fingers
     5 stalks lemongrass, take the interior, finely chopped

seasoning:

     3 scallions, sliced ​​lengthwise
     1 bunch basil leaves
     2 pieces tomatoes, diced
     4 bay leaves
     2 segment finger ginger, sliced ​​lengthwise
     3 knuckles galangal, sliced ​​lengthwise
     10 pieces of cayenne pepper
     2 large red chilies, thinly sliced
     Banana leaves, layukan briefly on fire

How to make:

     Sprinkle with salt goldfish, let it sink in, add lime juice.
     Mix the onion and basil leaves, berries cooking oil, knead until wilted.
     Stir spices, other spices, and scallion.
     Marinate goldfish inside and outside with herbs that have been blended until smooth.
     Wrap with banana leaves.
     Steam until cooked for ± 8 hours, remove and drain. Spiced grilled until fragrant and serve.
